钼粉Fmo-1用于大型板坯，是硅化钼电热元件原料。Fmo-2用于可控硅圆片，钼顶头等原料。;用于磷钼酸盐及钼化合物的制备;用于冶炼钼钢、拉制钼丝等;用作热氢发生器、凝胶推进剂、燃烧活性剂、催化剂、水清洁吸附剂、烧结活性剂等;易拉制成钼丝、片、带、杆等用于电子工业中，还用于制合金钢及各种工具钢;用作拉制钼丝、钼杆，应用于灯泡或切割行业;主要用于环境监测及相关分析测试中方法评价、质量控制、能力验证和技术仲裁。
