葡聚糖抗贫血药。用于缺铁性贫血。不良反应和禁忌 注射本品后血红蛋白未见逐渐升高者，应即停药。肝、肾功能不全者忌用。;血容量补充药。不良反应和禁忌 偶有过敏反应。充血性心衰和有出血性疾患者禁用，心、肝、肾功能不全者慎用。;中分子右旋糖酐主要用于增加血浆容量，维持血压，以抗休克为主。适用于大量失血时补充血液容量，维持血压。如烧伤、外伤、创伤等出血性和因失血过多所引起体克的急救。低分子右旋糖酐，主要是改善微循环，用于预防或消除血管内红细胞聚集和血栓形成。小分子右旋糖酐作用和用途与低分子右旋糖酐机似。;生化研究
