泊洛沙姆消泡剂。消泡效果比豆油高25～30倍。使用浓度常用3%～5%的水溶液。;用于制造聚氨酯泡沫塑料、胶黏剂和弹性体等;是非离子表面活性剂;稳定剂，增溶剂。用于香料浓缩物。;稳定剂；增溶剂；消泡剂；湿润剂用于香料浓缩物。;作乳化剂，我国规定可用于发酵工艺，按生产需要适量使用。;生化研究;非离子表面活性剂,软硬表面清洁剂、涂料和水处理中的消泡剂。金属加工润滑剂，线性和交联聚酯及聚氨酯的消泡助剂和增量剂。
